Yes. The full scheduler, cost codes, budgets, import, and PDF export are free forever. You do not need an account and you are never asked for a card to use it.

Where is my data kept?

On the free plan your project lives on your own device. On Pro, your projects sync to your private, secure cloud storage so you can open them from any computer.

What does Pro cost and how do I pay?

Pro is $9.40 CAD per month, billed securely through Stripe. You can upgrade from inside the app once you have created your account.

When is Enterprise worth it over Pro?

Pro is built around a job. Enterprise is built around the firm that runs several. If you need one Gantt covering every project, milestones that tie jobs to each other, or a profit and loss that treats overhead and work in progress the way your accountant does, that is Enterprise.

How do I get on Enterprise?

Get in touch and we will set it up with you. Enterprise is priced and arranged per firm, so the organisation account, your team, and billing match how you actually work. There is no card form to fill in.

Do I have to be a construction firm?

No. Kaah suits builders, owner operators, event teams, and anyone who plans work over time. You can use construction cost codes or simple numbered categories, and choose a billing mode that fits how you work.
